AIRaware Returns & Refund Policy

1. Your Statutory Rights
Your legal rights are not affected by this policy. Under UK law, when you buy goods online you are entitled to protections under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
If you purchase an AIRaware product online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel:

Notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@air-aware.co.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the item(s).
Returned items should be in a resalable condition, where reasonably possible, and include all original components and packaging.

We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If the entire order is cancelled, we will also refund the standard delivery charge.

Additional costs for express or premium delivery options are non-refundable.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your AIRaware product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with UK consumer law.

Where applicable, AIRaware will cover reasonable return postage costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalised products

Sealed items opened after delivery that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons

Digital products where access or download has begun
This does not affect your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
7. Diminished Value
If returned items have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, as permitted by law.
